GNOUU Earth Day 04/17/2011

EARTH DAY: NSUUS was well represented at the GNOUU Earth Day Celebration at Audubon Park April 17th. It was a beautiful day, the surroundings were lovely, the service was most inspiring, and all three churches enjoyed visiting with each other.

TV Fund Flights 04/30/2011

Harvesting Joe's turnips for area food banks

Joe Stringer of Picayune MS has been growing turnips for anyone who wants them on his property at Stringers Trailer Sales on route 43 in Picayune. This year he had a whole new group of takers. They represent St. Tammany Parish Democratic Women's Club East, North Shore Unitarian Universalist Church, and the New Orleans Center for Ethical Living and Social Justice.
